Standards
Requirements every caregiver meets
Credentials must remain valid throughout the engagement, and any lapse must be reported to us within 24 hours.
- CNA / HHA certification where applicable
- CORI and national criminal background screening
- Government-issued ID and lawful work authorization
- CPR certification when required by the care plan
- TB and health records on file
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance for transportation
- Mandated reporting of abuse, neglect or exploitation
- Non-discrimination in every placement
