Ask what you want to know
It is support with everyday life rather than medical treatment: companionship, personal care, meals, mobility, housekeeping, errands and supervision. We do not provide nursing, wound care, injections or any clinical procedure.
Our flat rate is $35 per hour for all services. Invoices are issued weekly and payment is due on Mondays by check, cash or Zelle. Six major holidays are billed at 1.5x.
Yes. Every independent caregiver in our network is verified for CNA or HHA certification, CPR, TB and health records, valid insurance, and CORI background screening before any assignment.
No. Caregivers provide verbal reminders only. They do not open containers, measure doses or administer medication of any kind.
There is no long-term contract. Schedules can start at a few hours a week and change as needs change, with 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
We coordinate care across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Call us with your town and we will confirm caregiver availability in your area.
Yes. Continuity is a priority — we match a caregiver to the household and keep that pairing, with a known substitute arranged for absences.
In most cases within a few days of the consultation, and faster for urgent hospital discharges. Call us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
